This workshop usually runs as an in-house session. The premise is that the surgery is about to be taken over by a famous design company as a flagship private practice. What changes will the team identify for themselves? What changes will they identify for the surgery? ("We can't have these boxes laying around here any more". "We can't expect people to wait".) You may be surprised by what they identify, and what they plan to do about it.

This is a fun facilitated workshop, and delegates will leave so excited with their plans that they won't be too disappointed that it wasn't really true.
