This is a foundation course designed for new medical receptionists. It aims to enable the delegates to understand the approach and skills needed in General Practice. Each day is underpinned with objectives and timetable, action planning and a review of the issues raised. The delegates will explore the NHS from the patients’ perspective. May contribute to NVQ level 2 if wished.
